As the Design Team Leader for PayPal Merchant Apps and Merchant Payment Products, I led a team of UX, Visual, and Content Designers to help merchants all over the world run their business anywhere they are.
I led the redesign of PayPal Here which improved our app store ratings from ~2.5 to 4.5+ stars. During my tenure, PayPal Here was the fastest growing new product line in PayPal history, doubled TPV in 2014, and beat our numbers for 2015.
The new interface looks great. I was able to sign in and complete the transaction much quicker than the older version.
